You can access your email at any time from any web browser by going to the following address: www.yourdomain.com/webmail. (Replace "yourdomain.com" with your domain name.)
You will be asked for your login and password. The login is your full e-mail address (ie. "john@yourdomain.com," not just "john"), and the password is the one that you selected when creating the email account. If you have lost or forgotten this password, please login to your main cPanel account to reset it.
